Bread baking is an age-old technique that dates back to the stone age when early humans used to grind seeds or grains on stone-made mills for porridge which later on developed more further to finer flour and then bread. This bread used to be heavy and unleavened and was cooked on heated stones which got better over centuries and we got out modern bread.
